UNDERSTANDING YOU
Before we start any project, ABI gets to know every client, what the problems our clients are facing, and the scope of work our clients wish to include. A shared vision in construction is absolutely paramount in understanding what we are doing, how we are doing it, and the intended results. In order to develop that shared vision, we must understand what we problem we are attempting to solve, and what our shared priorities are moving forward.
COLLABORATING
Once the shared vision is developed, ABI works with every client to source materials, define parameters, and build a visual rendering or mood board to better execute the vision. This can be layout choices, tiles and wall colors, inspiration photos, or an extensive culmination of media to address the project best. This helps us understand how involved the scope of work is, what our clients can expect from us, and an overall more accurate outline of work/estimate.
EXECUTING A SHARED VISION
Once we start, ABI closely follows the documentation that was collaboratively developed in order to increase efficiency, ensure clear communication, and effectively deliver the agreed upon outcome. Our documents also serve as a point of reference for change orders, which will minimize the time loss and expense of changing materials or labor mid project. If a tile selection changes, or part of the project is expanded to better serve our clients, we can review the expenses of our preselected materials and labor to quickly resolve any outstanding expense with our clients. This level of communication cuts out confusion and helps ABI deliver as efficiently and effectively as possible.
