Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $20-$30/hr (Based on Experience)
Lunch: Paid 30-Minute Lunch
About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Painter to join our growing residential remodeling team. You’ll work on a variety of interior and exterior projects, delivering high-quality finishes that reflect our company’s standards of professionalism and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:
- Prep, prime, and paint walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces
- Apply finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers as appropriate
- Patch drywall, repair surface defects, and ensure clean lines and even coverage
- Mask and protect non-painted surfaces (floors, windows, hardware, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Communicate with team leads and clients professionally
- Follow company safety and quality procedures on-site
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of painting experience preferred (but not required)
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the McLean and greater DMV area
- Ability to lift and move equipment/materials (50+ lbs)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to receive 1099 pay
